In-store pick-up is offered at no cost for customers who prefer to retrieve their orders directly from our warehouse.

You'll be notified through email or text once your order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm. Excluding Statutory Holidays.
⭐️ Special pickup request available. We accommodate after-hours or weekend pick-up upon request. Your order will be prepared and left at the front door. Simply buzz the doorbell, provide your Order Number, and we'll unlock the door for you. Full payment is required for this service.

Local deliveries occur between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays. An email notification will be sent to the address provided during checkout on the day of delivery. If you're unable to receive the shipment, kindly contact us promptly.
